Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Jatin Sukhija Masterclasses requires a minimum of 7 days notice of any cancellation to a pre-registered Training by a participant. Notification will be accepted only through registered email.
• In such case, No refund will be made but participant may be adjusted in the next batch subject to availability of the seats.
• Substitutions (i.e. another person can attend in your place) can be made any time without any extra cost.

Cancelled / Rescheduled Training

• Jatin Sukhija Masterclasses reserve the right to cancel or rescheduled trainings due to unavoidable reasons. Every effort will be made to give participants a reasonable notice of cancellation.
• We will not be responsible for any costs incurred due to training cancellation
• In case the Training gets rescheduled, the participant will be booked into a future training within 30 days. In case the training gets cancelled the refund will be processed and  the amount will credited on your original payment method within 10 days
• We reserve the right to modify the number of the seats as per the requirement
• All disputes subject to Noida Jurisdiction only.
