The Journey Behind Jatin Sukhija Masterclasses
I help organizations build business-ready skills through structured, practical, and outcome-focused corporate training programs.
My journey into training began in 2003, and over the last two decades, I have worked across classrooms and boardrooms, designing and delivering programs that translate learning directly into workplace impact. Early experience with leading training organizations helped me build a strong foundation in large-scale, standardized training delivery.
In 2009, I founded Productivity Expertz to address a clear gap in the market — the need for consistent, high-quality corporate training that professionals can immediately apply at work. Today, this work continues under Jatin Sukhija Masterclasses™, the evolved brand identity focused on premium corporate training.
Over the years, I have delivered 5,000+ training sessions, training 100,000+ professionals and partnering with 100+ organizations across India.
Work Experience
In 2026, I launched Jatin Sukhija Masterclasses™ as the evolved brand identity of my work—bringing together over two decades of experience into a focused portfolio of premium corporate training programs designed to deliver deeper business impact.
In 2009, I took the entrepreneurial leap and founded Productivity Expertz to build a focused corporate training practice. The journey gained momentum quickly, with organizations inviting me to deliver training programs on Microsoft technologies for their teams.
Eager to take on larger challenges, I went on to work with NIIT Limited, followed by Aptech where I deepened my specialization in Excel and PowerPoint. This phase of my career opened doors to corporate training opportunities across India.
After nearly two years of refining my skills, I joined CMC, a Tata enterprise, as a Product Trainer. In this role, I conducted Tata Sky product training as part of the induction program for newly onboarded employees.
After an initial six month teaching B.Tech students, I realized my true calling lay in corporate training. I joined Future Schools, where I worked on large-scale initiatives and trained teachers on Cambridge University’s curriculum.
